Coaching often waits for answers to come from the client but I strongly believe movement can happen from following a set of tools, testing their outcomes and quickly experiencing motivation from seeing what actually works for your specific mind, body, and lifestyle. This is what we will do.
I provide a warm, focused and thoughtful roadmap, personally and professionally, for those who want to communicate successfully, problem-solve efficiently and experience the fulfillment of accomplishment and personal balance.

While being your sounding board, we will drill down to the data that makes up any problem, assess, game-plan, test and engage them. I’ll then be your advocate, offering specific tools and lifestyle adjustments to use along the way. Using specific systems and positive psychology, I’ll guide you through how to begin any venture or goal, help open up your creativity, create a sense of peace and inner accomplishment, and get it done.

Welcome! I’m Allison.
My coaching blends psychology, emotional resilience training, and practical performance strategy to help people operate at a higher level — both internally and in the roles that matter most.
I work with maritime professionals navigating long rotations, operational pressure, leadership responsibility, and life offshore. Together, we strengthen emotional regulation, decision-making under stress, sustainable performance, and the ability to transition home without carrying tension into family life.
I also work with teens and young adults facing anxiety, academic pressure, identity development, and major life transitions. We build confidence, improve follow-through, strengthen time management, and create clarity around choices — so they move forward with steadiness instead of overwhelm.
Across both specialties, the work centers on resilience, structured growth, and sustainable progress. Whether someone is leading a crew at sea or preparing for adulthood, the skills are similar: regulate stress, communicate clearly, make aligned decisions, and follow through consistently.
I know what it means to do important inner work while balancing responsibility, ambition, family, and leadership. The tools I teach are not abstract — they are practical skills that can be learned, strengthened, and mastered over time.
